Coyote Sonoma is the new place to be in Healdsburg!
Located right off of the roundabout, we offer delicious food, wine and numerous beers and ciders on tap. We also have live music, trivia and karaoke!
We are looking for upbeat, reliable team players to join our team as a Server on a full-time or part-time basis. We offer competitive compensation, generous employee discounts, and a full array of health benefits and time off for our full-time team members.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing a warm welcome, discussing our food and beverage offerings, serving food and beverages while providing exceptional guest service. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people, providing exceptional service, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation
- Greet customers upon entrance
- Present menus, offer suggestions, and upsell
- Take and serve orders
- Check back with guests on a frequent basis
- Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Handle any guest dissatisfaction with professionalism
- Prepare checks and accept payment
MINIMUM SKILL SET:
- Restaurant service experience preferred
- Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced work environment for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
