SALES & INVENTORY ACCOUNTANT (TEMPORARY) – WILSON ARTISAN WINES

The Sales & Inventory Accountant maintains the tasting room daily sales reports and updates the master sales spreadsheet. Reconciles the tasting room cash drawer on a weekly basis. Closes out half the tasting room’s sales on a monthly basis. Monthly reports include: sales depletion report, ARPC report, year to date sales depletion report, inventory reconciliation report, cases goods report, wholesale sales tracking, bottling reconciliation, wine club fulfillment report, gross profit report, and review tasting room commission spreadsheets.

Creates monthly tasting room budgets and facilitates yearly budgets for all locations. Manage cost of wine moved between locations.

Assist in annual inventory close out, cost change and bulk reconciliation. Manage Vineyard expenses on monthly and yearly basis. Maintain annual vineyard budget and analysis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
