SUMMARY:Children of Vineyard Workers
DESCRIPTION:When Ken and Diane Wilson founded the Children of the Vineyard Workers Scholarship Fund (CVWSF) eighteen years ago\, they aimed to give back to a group of people who are critical to producing our outstanding wines\, our vineyard workers. The Wilsons’ believe that they should not be limited by financial hardships in their pursuit of educational opportunities. Each year\, Wilson Artisan Wineries provides more than a dozen scholarships to children of Sonoma County vineyard workers. \nThis year’s CVWSF gala will be held at Soda Rock Winery in Healdsburg\, CA on Saturday June 8th\, 2019. The gala enables the community to come together to raise funds ensuring that students in our agricultural community have access and support towards a higher education. With generous support from our donors we as a community can help realize the dreams of students seeking to better themselves academically. \nThis event sells out year after year. In 2019 guests will enjoy wine and hors d’ oeuvres\, followed by an exquisite three-course dinner.
